Our removable, folding VAN MAX camper van conversion module unfolds in seconds to create a completely flat sleeping platform with space for 2 adults or a comfortable seating area with pop-up table for relaxation or mobile office work.
Designed to fit Peugeot Partner panel vans without rear seats and a plywood lined floor installed, our lightweight and affordable VAN MAX camper van conversion module is precision CNC machined from high quality 12mm birch plywood and is available in short or long versions (see the “Compatibility” tab for fitting information). Features include:
- Fiamma pop-up table system.
- Sliding drawer with stove table converts one side of the module into a portable kitchen;
- Internal storage compartment keeps your equipment neatly stowed and organized;

VAN MAX “Short” Camper Van Conversion:
– Fits Citroen Berlingo MK1, MK2 & MK3 L1 vans with factory fitted bulkhead installed.
– Fits Peugeot Partner MK1, MK2 & MK3 L1 vans with factory fitted bulkhead installed.
– Fits VW Caddy L1 vans with factory fitted bulkhead installed.
The unfolded VAN MAX Short module is 1570mm long and 1140mm wide. In addition to the list of vans above, it will fit any van with 1570mm or greater internal length (at a height of 300mm above the floor) and 1140mm or greater internal width between the rear wheel arches.
VAN MAX “Long” Camper Van Conversion:
– Fits Citroen Berlingo MK2 & MK3 L1 vans without factory fitted bulkhead installed.
– Fits Citroen Berlingo MK2 & MK3 L2 vans with or without factory fitted bulkhead installed.

The unfolded VAN MAX Long module is 1800mm* long and 1140mm wide. In addition to the list of vans above, it will fit any van with 1800mm or greater internal length (at a height of 300mm above the floor) and 1140mm or greater internal width between the rear wheel arches.
*The base of the module (the part in contact with the floor) is 1630mm long, and the top of the module (the actual sleeping platform) is 1800mm long as it overhangs the base by 170mm (see the pictures). This means that you need a minimum of 1630mm internal floor length to install the module. In smaller vans, sliding the front seats forward on their runners then tilting the backrests forwards, creates the 1800mm length required (at a height of 300mm above the floor) to unfold and use the module.
Additional notes:
– The van must have a minimum width of 1140mm between the rear wheel arches.
– NOT compatible with vehicles with rear seats fitted.
– NOT compatible with ribbed floors. The van floor must be flat (typically plywood lined).
Pricing.
The prices shown here in UK Pounds (GBP £) and Euros (EUR €) include VAT (sales tax). For orders to Norway and Switzerland, the VAT will be automatically removed from the total price during checkout.

Dimensions.
All dimensions are for the unfolded module. Please note that it is unusual to sleep completely stretched out and taller users can stretch out by placing their feet between the front seats of the vehicle when lying down, or folding the front seat/s flat if your vehicle offers this feature. We recommend sleeping with your feet facing the front of the vehicle to maximise vehicle space and make entry/exit through the side doors easier.
