1. Orders
1.1 Any order placed by the buyer (or representative) in writing or in electronic form, shall constitute a binding contract of sale once the seller has accepted it.
1.2 Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the seller, all products shall be supplied in accordance with these conditions to the exclusion of any terms and conditions (if any) stipulated by the buyer.
1.3 The buyer shall be solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the terms of any order.
1.4 Every care has been taken to ensure accuracy of description, specifications, colour and price for all products. However, these may change due to circumstances beyond the seller’s control.

2. Payment
2.1 Products shall be charged at the price agreed at the date the order is made.
2.3 Card or bank transfer payment will be taken at the point of processing. If a problem in supply should occur, payment will be refunded as swiftly as possible. The refund may take 3-7 business days to show as cleared funds into the buyer’s account, depending on the payment provider.

3. Deliveries
3.1 Delivery dates or delivery terms requested by the buyer are non-binding, but shall be observed wherever possible.
3.2 In the event the seller’s delivery agents are unable to effect delivery due to the buyer (or a nominated representative of the buyer) not being present at the time of attempted delivery, or due to property access restrictions, the goods will be held at the premises of the seller’s delivery agents and it shall be the responsibility of the buyer to collect the goods from these premises.
3.3 In the event the seller’s delivery agents are unable to effect delivery to the buyer for any reason deemed to be the responsibility of the buyer (including the buyer’s refusal to accept the delivery of the products) the buyer shall be responsible for all delivery charges incurred.

4. Loss, damage in transit, or missing items
4.1 The buyer shall inspect the goods immediately upon delivery.
4.2 Where the price includes delivery the seller may at its option replace free of charge or credit any products lost or damaged in transit provided that the buyer notifies the seller by email (and with photographic evidence in the case of damage) of such loss or damage within 24 hours of delivery.
4.3 If the products delivered to the buyer do not include all of the products ordered or include incorrect products, the buyer must inform the seller by email within 24 hours from the date of delivery. If the buyer does not, the seller will not be responsible for any loss suffered by the buyer as a result. In any event, the seller’s liability is limited to the price of the products not delivered or the cost of replacing such products.

5. Returns
5.1 If you are not entirely satisfied with any item you receive, you have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days from receiving your goods as long as the goods remain unused and in the new condition as supplied. If you return your order, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding the cost of delivery. 5.2 You must notify us by email of your decision to return your order within 30 days of the date of receiving your goods and you must send back the goods or hand them over to us no later than 30 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation with us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 30 days has expired.
5.3 You must return the goods to us with the original packaging and with all the relevant documentation. Camper van conversion modules can only be returned if the goods are packaged inside the original pallet box and securely attached to a euro sized pallet; a surcharge of £25 will be applied for returns that are not packed inside the original pallet box.
5.4 We will only bear the cost of returning the goods in circumstances in which we are deemed at fault e.g. the goods are damaged or subject to a warranty claim. In all other circumstances, you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. If you fail to return goods at your expense, we reserve the right to charge the direct costs for their recovery and may offset that amount against any refund due.
5.5 You must take reasonable care to ensure that the goods are not damaged in transit and the goods remain your responsibility until they reach us. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
5.6 Once the goods have been received by us, we will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:
a) 7 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
b) (if earlier) 7 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or
c) if there were no goods supplied, 7 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel the order.
5.7 We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement, other than the cost of delivery and if applicable, the cost of packaging as outlined in 5.3.

6. Risk and ownership
6.1 Title of the product/s shall remain with the seller until the buyer has made payment in full, but the risk of loss or damage to the product shall pass to the buyer upon acceptance of delivery.

7. Liability
7.1 The seller’s liability in terms of these conditions is in lieu of and to the exclusion of all other warranties, conditions or obligations imposed or implied by statute or otherwise in relation to the quality or description of the goods or their fitness for any particular purpose and all liability for any loss or damage whether direct, indirect or consequential (howsoever arising) is hereby expressly excluded.
7.2 The buyer shall indemnify the seller against all claims for personal injury, loss or damage to property brought against the seller by third parties arising from the delivery, storage or use of the products unless such injury, loss or damage is solely attributable to the negligence of the seller or the seller’s employees or agents.
7.3 The buyer is warned that the products are unsuitable for any use other than as stated within each product’s use and installation guidelines and no liability of any kind whatsoever is accepted by the seller for any consequences of using the products for any other purpose.
