UK delivery information.

Next business day delivery available for orders received before 11am.

We deliver to all UK addresses including Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands (VAT free). All products stated as “in stock” are available for immediate dispatch, with next business day delivery available for orders received before 11am (subject to the postcode restrictions in the delivery rates tables below). Please note that we only dispatch on weekdays and the earliest available delivery for orders placed after 11am on Friday will be the following Tuesday.

Next business day delivery is available for all mainland England, Wales and Scotland Zone 1 (ML, KA, EH, G, DG, TD, KY) postcodes. For these postcodes you can also select your required delivery date during the checkout process. UK orders for all other postcodes will be dispatched within 1 business day of receipt and are usually received by our customers within 2-3 business days from date of dispatch. Customers in the Channel Islands will need to select the delivery country as Jersey or Guernsey (and not the United Kingdom) during checkout on our website.

Delivery information: camper van conversion modules.

Our camper van conversion modules are delivered packaged inside a palletised box measuring 120cm L × 80cm W × 75cm H and weighing between 45-75kg depending on the module type that you have ordered. Your order will be delivered by our third-party delivery agent TPN using a heavy goods vehicle. If heavy goods vehicle access to your address is restricted, please add this information to the ‘Order notes’ box during checkout. You will receive an email containing consignment tracking details once your order has been packed and shipped.

Please be aware that:

  • You must be present to accept and sign for the delivery on your nominated delivery date.
  • The delivery is to the kerbside only and the palletised box will not fit through standard doorways or narrow entrances.

We recommend that:

  • You unpack and install the module into your vehicle immediately upon receipt of the delivery.
  • You have someone available to help you to unpack and lift the module into your vehicle.

If our delivery agent is unable to deliver your order because you are not available at your address, or our delivery agent is unable to access your address, you will be required to collect your order from your nearest TPN Depot or pay a re-delivery fee equal to the shipping fee paid at the time of placing your order.

Delivery information: all other products.

Our camper van cushion sets, thermal window blind sets and camper van accessories are delivered through the UK’s fast parcel networks, with the exact choice of network dependent on your delivery postcode. You will receive an email containing consignment tracking details once your order has been packed and shipped.

Please be aware that:

  • You must be present to accept and sign for the delivery on your nominated delivery date.

Collect from our warehouse.

We also offer a collection option during checkout on our website, allowing you to collect your order from our warehouse in Llandudno, North Wales. Collection appointments are available 10am-6pm Monday to Friday, but please note that it is necessary to make an appointment in advance prior to collecting an order. This allows us to ensure that your order is ready and that we have an appropriate member of our team available to assist you.

UK delivery rates.

The delivery fee is only charged once per order and is charged at the most expensive delivery rate for items in your basket. For example, if your order includes a Camper Van Conversion Module, a Camper Van Cushion Set and a Thermal Window Blinds Set, your total delivery charge will be calculated using the Camper Van Conversion Module delivery rate only.
