European shipping information.

We ship to most European countries including Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

We always have stock available for immediate dispatch and we aim to dispatch your products within 1 business day of receiving your order. European orders are usually received by our customers within 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch. After placing your order, you will receive confirmation of your order by email, and also an email containing tracking details once your order has been packed and shipped.

Shipping to EU countries.

For all European Union countries there will be no additional charges when your order is delivered so the price that you pay on our website when you place your order will be the total cost to you. We pay all the import taxes and fees. We also manage all the tax and shipping documents for you so all you need to do is place your order on our website and then wait for it to arrive.

1. Choose the products that you want and add them to your basket.
2. Choose your delivery country on the cart page. The VAT (sales tax) will update to the rate set in your country and will be clearly shown before you complete your order.
3. If you want to continue, you can enter your personal details and payment details on the checkout page and place your order.
4. We will ship your order within 1 business day and we will send you the shipping tracking details by email.
5. Your order will arrive at your address with no additional charges to pay.

Shipping to Andorra, Norway & Switzerland.

For these non-European Union countries, VAT (sales tax) will be automatically removed from the total price during checkout on our website. VAT, customs duty and any other fees will be billed when your order arrives in your country at the rates set in your country. Paying the VAT and customs duty for your order is easy and we take care of everything including the customs declaration for you. All you need to do is place your order on our website and then wait for it to arrive. When your order arrives in your country, our delivery company will contact you to tell you how much VAT and customs duty you owe and how you can pay. Once you have paid, our delivery company will then arrange to deliver your order to your address.
